This is a fun little sculpt I did in a few hours on the 4th just playing around with shapes and planes. Not really trying to do anything but I came up with a design that I liked so I decided to get it printed. It turned out pretty great and the printer had a blast trying to make some of the shapes work. Had a lot of fun and learned a ton about the printing process. I have a few more serious projects that I plan to get printed. On the upper left is the 3d render along with the in progress printing shots and then finally in the lower right is the final print. It is actually a stainless steel PLA which means that it is 60% stainless and 40% plastic. Really cool stuff.
