3D Printed Table Tennis Tournament Trophy

Here is a small tangent to my current project. Here at my office we regularly have Ping Pong Tournaments but there was never anything to show for it. So I decided to model a trophy and have it 3D printed. It was a lot of fun to design and engineer for printing. It came out really great and was fun to assemble and paint. Definitely will be doing more of this!

War Tortoise Final

Hey everyone! A little while ago I posted the sculpt of this project. Well it is finally completed so I wanted to share that with you all. This took so long because I have such a hard time keeping things simple. I hope you like the final product. My goal was to try and recreate the feeling and intensity of the original artwork in 3D. Original artwork by Kyle Shold for Loowit Brewing. This was modeled and textured in Zbrush. Additional modeling and texturing in 3DSMax. Rendered in Vray. Composited in After Effects. Music by Rage against the Machine. I will be prepping this for printing sometime in the near future but for now, on to the next one!
